My first job was as a bartender at a bar, but I spent a year as a doctor in a hospital, working with patients suffering from depression.
I have now been working in the UK’s mental health sector for 18 years, working in mental health facilities, hospitals and in mental hospitals as a consultant and clinical nurse.
In 2016, I was invited to join the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and my first day in my new role, I met a fellow member who had just joined us and he told me about his own experiences.
I knew I wanted to become a psychologist, but what I wasn’t sure of was why.
As I began to work with patients, I realised that the NHS’s mental wellbeing services were inadequate and they had limited funding and resources.
My first question to my colleagues was, “What are you doing in this country to help people?”
So I started doing my own research and found out that many people who needed help were homeless, on the dole or in prison.
So I began researching what mental health was all about and I became obsessed with it.
After three years, I became a psychologist and in 2017 I founded MyFirstDoctor.com, a website that provides online training and information for those working in NHS mental health services.
We also publish articles on the NHS mental wellbeing issues, and I am constantly asked, “How do I get involved?”

My experience as a psychologist My favourite thing about working in a GP’s office was that you could really listen to patients.
It’s an environment where you can really connect with the patients.
The first thing you learn as a psychiatric nurse is that when people have problems, they often have problems with their feelings, and this is what they need to do.
You can talk to them about their problems, their anxiety, their depression, how they feel and how they want to get better.
It really helps to be able to see people’s faces, listen to their emotions and listen to what they are saying to you.
It was amazing and amazing for me to be involved with people who really needed to get help.
In a mental institution, you have to be very focused and you need to listen very carefully, and you have an awful lot of time to listen.
So that’s why you have a good balance of listening and communicating.
What is the difference between a GP and a psychologist?
A GP is someone who has the training to work at a health service and to provide specialist mental health treatment.
You need to be a very good listener, and have a very strong professional reputation.
You have to have a strong clinical work ethic.
A psychologist is someone whose work is more about the patient and their wellbeing.
They provide a more focused approach to a patient, which can help the patient with their symptoms.
They are trained in the principles of psychotherapy.
Is it possible to get a good job in a psychiatry clinic?
I would say yes.
If you have the right qualifications, you can get a job in an psychiatry clinic.
There are some people who can do this but they need a certain level of qualifications.
How do you become a psychiatrist?
There are three different types of psychiatrists: those who are general practitioners, and those who specialize in one or more specific disorders.
You will have to complete a course to become one of these.
If your training is not recognised, you will have a long waiting list and you can’t go back to work.
You will have other problems to sort out if you do not have the correct qualifications.
The courses are very expensive and it’s not always easy to find a place.
Can you help someone who is suffering from a mental illness?
I have been working with people with depression for more than 20 years and I know that depression can be difficult for people to cope with, and it can be a huge barrier to getting help.
Depression is not always diagnosed as a mental disorder, so it can go undetected.
So for people who have depression, there are different types and there are lots of different treatments that can be used.
For some people, the best thing they can do is try to change their lives.
For others, it is much more difficult.
If someone has a problem with their depression and wants help, you should not just tell them they need medication or try to talk them into a course.
Instead, you need them to be more positive, which is a huge step forward.
They need to start seeing someone
